Tarpon Flats, a luxury, single-family home development on North Hutchinson Island, has just 12 home sites remaining within the popular development, with just two sites left at the entry price of $475,000.

Heaton Companies, the Palm Beach County-based developer, has announced that sales have been extremely swift, and premium lots are becoming scarce. As of this week, 26 of the 38 home sites are now under contract.
